Shipping

All orders over $100 come with FREE Ground Shipping within the US. For orders under $100 we charge a $10 Flat fee within the USA. All other shipping services will be charged at actual rates. To see your rates, add items to your cart, insert your location and you should be able to calculate shipping costs.

Orders Placed Mon-Thu by 3 pm PST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next Business Day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

HOLIDAY SHOPPING: To guarantee product arrival by Christmas, orders must be placed by December 17th at 2 pm.

Returns & Replacement

We make returns easy! If you aren't happy with your item, return it to us within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange. The product should be in perfect condition and only applies to online purchases.

Chilli Beans warranties all sunglasses against manufacturing defects for six months from date of purchase. All Watches are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects (excluded batteries).
